What qualifications are required for ABA jobs?

Different qualifications may be required depending on the particular role for which you're applying. Consider the following:

Behavior Technicians: These entry-level ABA jobs require a high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation. While experience working with children is preferred, it's not required.
Behavior Analyst: Behavior analysts, also known as managing technicians, advise behavior technicians. A master's degree and extensive experience with applied behavioral analysis are required. Applicants must also have at least one year of experience working with children with autism.
